In 2025 Northwest Residential and Commercial Painting Co. LLC was hired to paint the Exterior of the Asia Condominiums in Downtown Seattle. This 7-story Exterior Multi-family Repaint project was one of our highlights of the year.  The clients selected a bright and bold color scheme that showcased asian heritage.  We were proud to be part of this major facelift.
